Cleats are used to be fixed on the surface of inclined conveyor belts, which can help to prevent materials from slipping off the conveyor. We produce PVC cleats and PU cleats with various features including antistatic, FDA compliant, and oil resistant options.

  • Made of polyurethane (PU) extruded material with excellent flexibility, wear resistance, and oil resistance
  • Easily hot-welded onto PU conveyor belts for inclined material transport
  • Trapezoidal shape (also called T-cleats) functions as a baffle wall
  • Available in heights from 10 to 60mm with thin thickness of 2-4mm
  • Flat foot design with foot width options of 12.5-17mm
