Product Description
Cleats are fixed on the surface of inclined conveyor belts to prevent materials from slipping during conveyance. We produce PVC and PU cleats with various features including antistatic, FDA compliant, and oil resistant options.
PU Cleats Features
  • Made of extruded polyurethane with excellent flexibility, wear resistance, and oil resistance
  • Easily hot-welded onto PU conveyor belts for inclined material transport
  • Trapezoidal shape (also called T-cleats) functions as baffle walls
  • Available in heights from 10-60mm with thin thickness of 2-4mm
  • Flat foot design with width options of 12.5-17mm
  • Standard colors: dark green, white, and blue (custom colors available)
  • Hardness options: 65-70A, 85A, 90A
