Cleats are fixed on the surface of inclined conveyor belts to prevent material slippage. We produce PVC cleats, PU cleats, and specialized cleats with features including antistatic properties, FDA compliance, and oil resistance.

PU polyurethane extruded cleats offer excellent flexibility, wear resistance, and oil resistance. They are easily hot-welded onto PU conveyor belts for transporting goods on inclined conveyors.

Due to their trapezoidal shape, they are also called T-cleats and serve as baffle walls on conveyor belts.
