Q What should we do if slight dimensional deviations are found between actual product measurements and drawings?

Please stop installation and contact our after‑sales team immediately. We will retrieve retained samples for re‑inspection. If a production deviation is confirmed, we will replace with qualified products as soon as possible.
Q Will wear occurring after a period of use be deemed a quality issue?
AWear life is closely related to load, frequency and environment. If abnormally early failure occurs, please send the sample back. We will conduct a comprehensive lab analysis to identify the cause and optimize the formula for you.
Q I would like to place an additional order. What is your shortest possible lead time?

For standard products, we usually keep safety stock. For custom non‑standard parts, we will evaluate current production schedule and open a green channel for existing customers, doing our utmost to shorten delivery time.
