  • Q What should we do if the products are damaged during transit?

    A
    Please contact us within 24 hours of signing and provide photo/video evidence. We will arrange replacement or compensation quickly according to the situation to protect your interests.
  • Q What should we do if slight dimensional deviations are found between actual product measurements and drawings?

    A
    Please stop installation and contact our after‑sales team immediately. We will retrieve retained samples for re‑inspection. If a production deviation is confirmed, we will replace with qualified products as soon as possible.
  • Q Will wear occurring after a period of use be deemed a quality issue?

    A Wear life is closely related to load, frequency and environment. If abnormally early failure occurs, please send the sample back. We will conduct a comprehensive lab analysis to identify the cause and optimize the formula for you.
  • Q I would like to place an additional order. What is your shortest possible lead time?

    A
    For standard products, we usually keep safety stock. For custom non‑standard parts, we will evaluate current production schedule and open a green channel for existing customers, doing our utmost to shorten delivery time.
  • Q Can you provide material property reports during product use?

    A
    Yes. Each batch shipment comes with a corresponding quality inspection report. We can also provide third‑party test reports upon customer request, ensuring data authenticity.
