Product Description

PU Super Grip Belt features a top bonded PVC or PU supergrip surface on PU v-belts. The 50A Super grip top surface is soft and tacky enough to prevent cargo damage while providing excellent non-slip performance.

We also offer co-extruded super grip belting made from 100% polyurethane (PU), which serves as an excellent substitute for PVC super grip and eliminates the problem of PVC degumming.

Both types of Super Grip belts can be joined as endless belts according to drive wheel distance and pulley size. The co-extruded special top surfaces provide value-added features perfect for applications requiring extra grip or varying surface coefficients of friction.

Super grip belts with reinforced cord are available upon request.

Applications

Our PU Super Grip Belt is widely used in the glaze line, polishing line, and other conveying lines of the ceramic and roof tiles industry.
